Having a doula at your birth means that your partner is also receiving support. This means helping them understand the processes, empowering them to be present, allowing them space to rest and be nourished, and making sure they are as active in your birth as you need.
postpartum support
A doula can help you settle into your new postpartum life by helping make sure you are prepared for bringing baby home, what to expect with your healing body as well as advice and support with however you choose to feed your baby.
